These yoga classes focus on building self-confidence, physical strength and concentration. We focus on body-awareness through alignment and purposeful movement. Bodily agency and choice are explored as we introduce movement and variations of yoga poses. We encourage our tween yogis to also explore stillness and being quiet with themselves, as well as introducing them to yogic philosophies like loving-kindness, compassion for self and others, diligent work, and contentment.

Ages 8-12
