Learn about rainbows with this fun craft!
Pick up this craft kit any time at Weaver Library starting Monday, April 5th and make it on your own with simple instructions. You will need crayons, glue, and scissors. (Very young children may need assistance.)
No registration required but supplies are limited. First come, first served.

Join us to listen to a story, sing together, and do a lot of silly dancing.

Learn. Grow. Explore. Join us in exploring science and the wonders of discovery. We will watch a story about different scientists and the tools they use in their work. We will also explore chemical reaction, learn a song about the water cycle, and make a lava lamp.
The Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England are presenting this fun program for kids in PreK – grade 1.
All genders are welcome.

The World of Harmonica program is an effort to expand the awareness of the instrument. Using story telling, historical facts, and playing the instrument in many styles, Bob Hennessy tells the story and plays the music that will open your ears and minds. His fast-paced program is both entertaining and educational that will delight and perhaps even move you to try the instrument once again! Those who register will receive the Zoom link prior to the event.

Kids age 8 and up are invited join us for this virtual program to create your own movie clips! Develop characters, formulate a story and explore the Stop Motion animation app. Then use the app to take a series of shots of toys, building blocks, small objects, drawings or people and watch the app bring them to life! How does raw, liquid batter transform into a delicious and delicate sponge dessert? It may seem like magic–but it’s actually science! Join us for this virtual 4-week series to bake a different cake each week and learn the chemistry and physics behind the ingredients while it’s in the oven.
