COSTUME SWAP @WEAVER

Bring in a clean, gently-used children’s costume anytime in September.

Receive a ticket for each costume.

Come back on:

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2:00-4:00 or MONDAY, OCTOBER 6, 10:00-NOON

and redeem your ticket for a different costume.

MUSIC TOGETHER DEMO CLASSES

Tuesday, September 9, 9:30 & 10:30am

Birth – Age 5

Our East Providence neighbor, the Rhode Island Philharmonic, is offering this early childhood music and movement program for children birth through age 5 and the grownups who love them.

Each class is 45 minutes and limited to 12 children.  Call 434-2453 to register.

Storytimes include stories, songs, music, and dancing.  Registration is not required.

Stories and activities for kids in grades K-3.

 READING BUDDIES

The library matches volunteers, age 13 – adult, with younger children to read together for one hour each week at the library.  Call 434-2453 for more information.

Get help with homework, studying for an exam, or understanding today’s lesson.  Math, Science, Social Studies, and English – all levels including AP.

LIVE HOMEWORK HELP [2] tutors are available every day from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

 Do you have fines on your library card?

Kids 16 and younger can “pay” their

overdue fines by reading in the library.

Just tell a librarian when you start and finish reading, and we will waive $1 for every 30 minutes of reading.
