Summer Reading Prize Winners
Congratulations to the following winners of the Adult Summer Reading Program prize drawing. Library patrons returned 205 Reading Logs which means our community met the challenge to read over 600 books this summer!Thanks to everyone who participated in the Adult Summer Reading Program and made a donation possible to Heifer Intenational. 2009-10 Book Discussion Lists
Book Club in a Bag do you need to borrow a book club kit for your reading group?
The Weaver Library is offering an exciting new service to support community-based book clubs called “Book Club in a Bag.” The library will provide ten copies of a single title, information about the author, book reviews, and possible discussion questions selected by a librarian to enhance your book group’s discussion.
All the contents are secured in a sturdy canvas bag for your “totable” convenience. “Book Club in a Bag” eliminates the expense of buying books for your book discussion group or borrowing individual copies from the library. The bag must be reserved in advance and may be checked out for six weeks to a single book group member.
